One-on-One Training
Service Description
BAM(ByAnyMeans) Fitness LLC. offers one-on-one training to help clients reach specific fitness and nutrition goals. This type of training allows the client to work alone with the trainer for a duration of 1 hour for 12 sessions a month. You will receive a fitness evaluation to assess your capabilities and discuss fitness and health goals. In addition, every client will receive a BAM Fitness client guide that includes everything from meal prep ideas, to body type information and even at home workouts that require no equipment. Meal Plans are NOT included in this package but, a full macro guide will be provided prior to your first session. Be sure to book your sessions online ASAP to ensure that you get the slot that best fits your schedule.
